Did you know that 70% of the decision to buy something is made while the customer is at your store? Evaluating and improving the appearance of your business and the customer experience is important.  Now, while we are in the midst of the summer doldrums and streetcar construction, why don’t you take a little time and use this self-assessment or “Retailer’s Gut Check” to evaluate your business.
