Southwest Soul Circuit’s Soul Music at 2nd Saturdays Downtown Celebrates its 2nd Year Anniversary Mardi Gras Style

Southwest Soul Circuit celebrates its 2nd anniversary with 2nd Saturdays Downtown – Mardi Gras style. The free, family-friendly celebration will take place in the plaza of La Placita Village on June 8th starting at 7pm. Festivities consist of a mix jazz and R&B music by the 62nd Army Band of Fort Huachuca, a best Mardi Gras mask contest, New Orleans style po boys, Soul Music Open Mic and raffle prizes to include tickets to see Sinbad at the Fox Tucson Theatre. To enter the best Mardi Gras mask contest, bring your own mask or decorate a mask at the festival.

7pm – 62nd Army Band of Fort Huachuca
9pm – Soul Music with Kevin & Tanishia and friends
10pm – Soul Music open mic
Southwest Soul Circuit is a music production business that specializes in producing live concerts, festivals and studio recordings. The Southwest Soul Circuit partners with 2nd Saturdays Downtown to host the second musical stage at the festival – the Soul Music stage.
This is a FREE event for the entire family. La Placita restaurants provide a variety of food and drink for festival goers. The Southwest Soul Circuit seeks to uplift, inspire, and entertain Southwest region from Dallas to San Diego by combining music and community service.
