How to Submit Your ad

Email your ad to: ads@downtowntucson.org or deliver a CD-R to
110 S. Church Ave. #6140, Tucson, AZ 85701.
All artwork should be at least 200dpi. Color ads must be CMYK and black & white ads should be grayscale. The Downtown Tucsonan accepts .tif, .jpeg, .pdf, and font outlined .eps graphic file formats only. The Downtown Tucsonan is produced on a Macintosh operating system.

Color For Your Web Ad is Free.
Black & white advertisers are encouraged to submit an additional version of their ad in color, for posting to the web edition. Same specs apply — the Downtown Tucsonan will optimize your ad for the web.

To guarantee the accuracy of your file, all ads should be accompanied by a hard copy proof, faxed to 520.547.3344. Otherwise, the Downtown Tucsonan will not take reponsibility for file errors, missing fonts, or missing artwork.
