Carriage House Presents Tucson Chefs Table Pop Up Dinners

Chef Devon Sanner, is pleased to announce an exciting new series of pop up dinners will take place at the Carriage House beginning in October. The Tucson Chef Table dinners will each feature a local chef presenting a very special menu that reflects their creative culinary talents. “ We are delighted to launch the Carriage House Chef’s Table series of dinners designed to showcase some of Tucson’s premiere rising star chefs. It is our great pleasure to host these nights of community and conviviality,” said Chef Sanner.
Wednesday, November 9 ~ Chefs Dave Valencia & Bri Grateron ~ Urban Belly
The second Tucson Chef Table event will feature Chef Dave Valencia and Pastry Chef Bri Grateron from Urban Belly. The talented team has been producing unique pop up dinners in Tucson for the past four years They wanted to offer an avant- garde culinary experience which they felt was lacking in the Tucson community. Both chefs work hard to challenge themselves to create unique dishes to surprise and delight their guests. This will be their final production. Entitled “The Final Harvest”, the seven course, wine paired dinner with vegetable centric dishes: Bread, Watermelon, Roots, Sweet Potato, Kimchi, Squash, Edamame, Carrot.
