Pop Up Dinners: Bird Southern Table and Bar with Chef Daniel Thomas

The first Chef’s Table dinner will feature Daniel Thomas, Executive Chef at the soon to open Bird Southern Table and Bar,a New Age American Restaurant with strong Southern influences. The menu will offer a delicious preview of dishes on the menu at Bird, using local, seasonal ingredients as well as those sourced from specialty farms throughout the US. Chef Thomas, a graduate of Le Cordon Bleu, Scottsdale, has extensive experience – from the J & G Steakhouse at the Phoenician in Scottsdale, to Jax, The Abbey and 47 Scott in Tucson. The Carriage House dinner will begin at 6:30 with passed hors d’ouevres and cocktails followed by four wine-paired courses. Cost per person is $85++.
