Tai Chi for Health

Have you heard about Tai Chi and wanted to find some balance in your life? Join us for a 6-week exercise program to improve mobility, mental focus and muscle strength.
The classes are free, and no experience or special clothing is required. The class can be adapted to all levels of mobility, even if participants are seated. Presented by Heather Chalon, Senior Trainer Tai Chi for Health Institute.
