Valentines Day Dinner

Oysters and Prosecco
Hot Butter and pomegranate seed with tarragon. Served with glass of Prosecco sparkling wine
Taleggio cheese baked in puff pastry with arugula, and grilled pear served with almond and honey cream crouton
Choice of Entrée
Sauté of ancient grains with swiss chard, hazelnut, and currants. Haricot vert cooked with pearl onion served with watercress salad, pickled garlic and parsnip garlic sauce
Steak Au Poivre
8oz. NY Strip with brandy pepper sauce, lemon thyme roasted carrots and champagne lyonnaise potato.
Fennel cooked risotto style, with sheep’s milk cheese and thyme, smoked cashews, frisee salad, radicchio, blackberry, radish,, and blackberry balsamic vinaigrette.
Banana Bread Pudding Crunch
Bruleed with sugar and served with banana ice cream, caramelized bananas, rum caramel and walnut whipped cream
