Public Transportation

No matter where you want to go, you can get there from Downtown. Hop on Sun Tran to go a few blocks or to the furthest corners of Tucson. A Cat Tran pass makes it simple to get around the U of A and Downtown area – and it’s free on campus. For longer trips, Amtrak and Greyhound are just around the corner. Starting in 2013, the Modern Streetcar will provide a fun and quick connection from one edge of Downtown to the other. Public transportation in Downtown and all of Tucson is a convenient, inexpensive and low-stress way to get around.
