Providence Corporation acquired the 30,000sqft, four-story building in 2010. Providence will occupy the second floor, lease out the third floor and is working with Peach Properties to develop 4-6 residential lofts with rooftop decks on the top floor. The Green Chamber is occupying the ground floor and the Sonoran Institute moved into a portion of the third floor June 2011.
