Downtown will transform into a little bit of the North Pole on December 10 to make 2nd Saturdays the most festive yet. Similar to last year’s December 2nd Saturdays, the holiday theme will feature a Santa’s workshop (at MEB Property Management, 120 E. Congress St.), the official lighting of the Downtown holiday tree, a holiday window decorating contest and holiday music at all the outdoor stages.
