2nd Saturdays Brings the Sounds of Crosby, Stills, Nash and Young

The sounds of Crosby, Stills, Nash and Young will ring out in the west end of Downtown Tucson on March 10 with Five Way Street playing a two-hour free tribute at the Fox Theatre for 2nd Saturdays Downtown on March 10.

Vendors, classic cars, merchant specials, food trucks and the Cricket Kids’ Area will all be Downtown from 4 to 10 p.m. for the monthly Saturday extravaganza.

The East End of Downtown will feature the soulful sounds of the Southwest Soul Celebration produced by Kevin and Tanishia Hamilton.

You’ll have your chance to get in the game as FC Tucson returns with street soccer.

Up With People, a renowned group of international students from 22 different countries, will be performing international songs and dances from their touring show.  Up With People, which originated in Tucson in 1965, has been maintaining the same message of bringing the world together through service and music for over 47 years.

4 p.m.:  FC Tucson Soccer, Tucson’s new  soccer club team will bring a unique brand of soccer to Downtown Tucson.  Five-on-five and open play opportunities will be available for everyone, as well as the chance to enjoy FC Tucson players in action.

This exhibition is dedicated to offering rotating science-based programs to Tucson and all of Arizona.  2nd Saturdays hours are 9 a.m. to 9 p.m.

6 to 9 p.m.:  Arizona International Film Festival Open House. More Arizona 100 Indie Films.  Showtimes are 6, 7, and 8 p.m.  Free.

The Cricket Kids’ Area is super fun for the family.  On hand is the Cricket Jumping Castle, a free G-rated movie, “West Side Story,” and other things to entertain.  The movie begins at approximately 6 p.m.
