Completed in August of 2013, The Cadence is a University of Arizona sanctioned off-campus, privately owned student housing complex located in two buildings on both sides of Toole Avenue. Developed by Capstone LLC and its Tucson-based development partner OasisTucson, this transit oriented development created approximately 456 student beds in a range of 1, 2, 3, 4 , and 5 bedroom apartments while the ground floor of both buildings includes 20,000 sqft of retail space. The total cost of the project was over $55 million and utilized a GPLET Tax Incentive.
