Tortilla Festival flyer halfTucson Parks and Recreation Department presents the Second Annual Cinco de Mayo Fiesta at the Fort and Tucson’s First Annual Tortilla Festival. This will be a celebration of Mexican folklore, art, music, and tortilla sampling. Come and learn the art of tortilla making and dress in your best Mexican outfit! You may even win a prize!
