A portion of beer sales this month will go to support KXCI 91.3 FM, Tucson’s non-profit radio station. Doors open at 6pm with music from 6:30-9:30pm

Join Southwest Soul Circuit in the plaza of La Placita Village for a soul music open mic show, raffle prizes, and a mix of classic and neo soul with Kevin and Tanishia & friends.

vexmenThe Kids’ Area has a new home at the Old Pueblo Parking lot, 43 E. Congress St., with many new activities for children. See a classic episode of Wonder Woman, staring Lynda Carter and Lyle Waggoner, free at 7:30 pm.

While at the Kid’s Area, The Pima County Clean Air Program’s Wizard of Air will welcome kids of all ages to spin the “Wheel of Wisdom” to learn about protecting the planet. Families can work as a team, or kids can take a leadership role, to share their knowledge of the environment and win fun prizes (while supplies last). The kids’ area will be open from 5-8:30pm.

The free fun continues as Bob Malone and band bring jazz/blues piano to the Fox Theatre, 17 W. Congress St., for a 7pm show.
