Proposed:

Located in the Mercado District west of downtown, The Monier will be four story, 122 market-rate apartment project over 13,450 sqft ground-floor retail and office space, underground parking and amenitized fourth floor with a gym, flex space, yoga studio, spa and a roofdeck pool. Proposed by The Gadsden Company and Holualoa Companies, Monier will be adjacent to Mercado San Agustin, the soon to be constructed MSA Annex, and a modern streetcar stop.

Construction is slated to begin late 2017.
