Proposed:

The Trinity mixed use project, developed by R+R Development and Bourn Companies and designed by Rob Paulus Architects, is located directly adjacent to two Modern Street car stops in the center of the Historic West University neighborhood. It will replace unused buildings at the Trinity Presbyterian Church complex located at 400 W University. The project proposes two new buildings at three and four stories with ground floor retail in both, room for office space and rental units.
