Under Construction:

Gorman & Company, Inc. and the Gadsden Company are joint developers for West End Station, a $12 million 70-unit housing development located at 855 W Congress St. It is one of the first Section 811 projects approved in Arizona using the Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) program. West End Station is the second project to break ground in the Mercado District within the past 3 months along with the MSA Annex (an expansion of Mercado San Agustín) and all are located along the Modern Streetcar line.

Ground breaking ceremony was held on July 11, 2017. Construction is expected to be completed by fall 2018.
