The new 8-story, European style hotel is Downtown’s first hotel in over 45 years and features 136 rooms, a rooftop pool with nearby bar, a lobby bar and lounge, a fitness center, a locally managed spa, a 200-space public parking garage, and nearly 6,000 square feet of retail space on the ground floor. Six of the 136 rooms will be suites. Developed by Scott Stiteler of Tucson Urban, North Face Investments and partners, and designed by FORS architecture + interiors and Swaim Associates. Average room rates will run about $145 per night and adjust seasonally. There is still 4,000 sqft of retail space available on the ground floor facing 5th Ave.
The hotel opened for business on September 21, 2017.
