Developed by The Gadsden Company MSA Annex, located at  267 S Avenida Del Convento, is a $12 million expansion of the vibrant Mercado San Agustín Public Market. The 31,755 sqft mixed-used, 38 modified shipping container project west of downtown in the Mercado District features restaurants, bars, a retail mall, a 500-seat outdoor entertainment and festival venue. MSA Annex is a collection of locally owned and operated businesses who are a mixed group of shops, a coffee shop, a bar, and a burger concept, who share common open spaces for gathering. Construction commenced April 7, 2017, and held a grand opening weekend May 4-6, 2018.
