West End Station

West End Station is adjacent to two modern streetcar stops as well as retail destinations Mercado San Agustin and MSA Annex in the Mercado District (Photo/DTP May 2019).



Gorman & Company, Inc. and the Gadsden Company were the joint developers for West End Station, a $12 million 70-unit housing development located at 855 W Congress St. It is one of the first Section 811 projects approved in Arizona using the Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) program. West End Station is located in the award winning master planned Mercado District located just west of Interstate 10 and the downtown Tucson core. The low income complex features one, two and three bedroom units along with amenities such as a fitness center and recreation room.

Construction was completed in the spring of 2019 and are now leasing.
