December 1, 2019

The Downtown Clifton Hotel located at 485 S Stone Ave expanded from 10 rooms to 30. The hotel was originally built in 1947 and restored in 2015 into a vintage hotel. The 22 room expansion plus a new kitchen and lounge area was  constructed in four new 2-story buildings and two 1-story buildings.

The project cost is approximately $4.5 million and was designed by Repp+McLain Design and Seaver Franks Architects. The general contractor is MW Morrissey.
