Local developer Ross Rulney (5th Avenue Partners OF, LLC) is proposing a 7-story multifamily residential building on an approximate 24,000 square foot lot at 127 S 5th Avenue. The new 90,000 square foot building would offer 96 market-rate studios and one-bedroom units. The plan includes on-site parking, bicycle parking and other tenant amenities. SBBL Architecture & Planning is the architecture firm.

The project has proceeded through multiple City processes including the Infill Incentive Design Review Committee. The existing structure on the site has been demolished. The building is projected to begin construction in 2020.
