Carriage House Presents Tucson Chefs Table Pop Up Dinners

Chef Devon Sanner, is pleased to announce an exciting new series of pop up dinners will take place at the Carriage House beginning in October.  The Tucson Chef Table dinners will each feature a local chef presenting a very special menu that reflects their creative culinary talents. “ We are delighted to launch the Carriage House Chef’s Table series of dinners designed to showcase some of Tucson’s premiere rising star chefs. It is our great pleasure to host these nights of community and conviviality,” said Chef Sanner.


Tuesday, October 25 ~ Chef Daniel Thomas ~ Bird Southern Table & Bar


The first Chef’s Table dinner will feature Daniel Thomas, Executive Chef at the soon to open Bird Southern Table and Bar, a New Age American Restaurant with strong Southern influences. The menu will offer a delicious preview of dishes on the menu at Bird, using local, seasonal ingredients as well as those sourced from specialty farms throughout the US. Chef Thomas, a graduate of Le Cordon Bleu, Scottsdale, has extensive experience – from the J & G Steakhouse at the Phoenician in Scottsdale, to Jax, The Abbey and 47 Scott in Tucson.  . The Carriage House dinner will begin at 6:30 with passed hors d’ouevres and cocktails followed by four wine-paired courses. Cost per person is $85++.
