Event Navigation

Join us at the Temple of Music and Art this summer for a special film event! Our June series was a huge success, and we are winding down the summer with three extraordinary film classics that just shouldn’t be missed on the big screen. We invite you to come down for food trucks and music in the Temple Lounge an hour and a half prior to each film, AND your $10 ticket includes FREE POPCORN!

You won’t want to miss this limited-time opportunity to escape the Tucson heat and eat, drink, and enjoy these wonderful films on the big screen!

Widely regarded as one of the greatest films in world cinema, 1972’s The Godfather chronicles the story of the Corelone crime family as they transition from the leadership of patriarch Vito Corleone (Marlon Brando in an Oscar-winning performance) to his reluctant son, Michael (Al Pacino). Featuring iconic performances by Marlon Brando, Al Pacino, James Caan, Robert Duvall, and others, The Godfather has been ranked the second-greatest film in American cinema (behind Citizen Kane) by the American Film Institute.

Our featured food vendor for this screening is Pop-Up Tucson Events, whose Chef Riley Chandler will provide Italian cuisine in the Lounge space from 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. The Lounge bar will also be open during that time.
