Chocolate Basics –- Chocolate Cakes demystified—one of Tucson’s top pastry chefs, Marianne Banes will demonstrate different types of chocolate cakes using different chocolate combined with other ingredients to create different texture and flavor profiles: pound cake, flourless, layer cake, cupcakes–frostings, glazes, fillings and more. $60 per person.
