Cooking Class with Chef Carlotta Flores

Learn the “magic” of butchering from famed Chef Carlotta Flores, Owner and Director of Culinary Operations for the legendary El Charro, Sir Vezas, and the new Charro Steak restaurants, along with Charro Steak Executive Chef Gary Hickey.  Special guest appearance by local entertainer Nate Anderson may add a little “sleight of hand” magic to the class.  $60 per person
