Garden Planning and Crop Rotation

June 21, 2016 @ 12:00 pm - 1:00 pm

| Free

Rotating crops to improve soil health and reduce the build-up of pests has been practiced by farmers for thousands of years. In this class we will discuss the two primary crop rotation techniques and how you can apply them in your garden. You’ll be given examples of both large and small rotation plans that you can use to design your garden using these methods.

Presented by Brandon Merchant of Southwest Victory Gardens.
