SOME CLASSES HAVE BEEN CANCELED AND RESCHEDULED DUE TO RISING TEMPERATURES

Join the Lohse Family YMCA for a free lunchtime fitness series at Jacome Plaza for the month of June! Classes that will be offered are BODYWEIGHT BOOTCAMP, Les Mills BODYCOMBAT, Barre-less barre, and Les Mills BODYFLOW. Each class begins at 11:30am and is only 30 minutes to give you a taste of what the YMCA offers as well as get a quick workout during your lunchtime!

BODYWEIGHT BOOTCAMP –A high intensity class with a focus on cardio and muscle conditioning, using just your own body!

Les Mills BODYATTACK® -This high-energy fitness class is a while body workout combining athletic movements with strength exercise such as pushups and squats to build stamina and the sports-inspired moves improve coordination and agility.

Les Mills BODYCOMBAT® -This high energy martial-arts inspired workout will have you punch and kick your way to a healthier you with no contact or complicated moves to master.

Barreless Barre – Using ballet based movements, this class is designed to strengthen, tone and balance the entire body. Barre-like exercises without the barre for that long, lean, sculpted look.

Les Mills BODYFLOW® -A blend of Tai Chi, Pilates and yoga to strengthen your entire body through safe and simple movements and will leave your mind and body feeling calm and centered.

MIXXED FIT® – A people inspired fitness program that combines explosive dance movements with bodyweight toning.
