Pop Up Dinners with Chef Dave Valencia

The second Tucson Chef Table event will feature Chef Dave Valencia and Pastry Chef Bri Grateron from Urban Belly. The talented team has been producing unique pop up dinners in Tucson for the past four years. They wanted to offer an avant-garde culinary experience which they felt was lacking in the Tucson community. Both chefs work hard to challenge themselves to create unique dishes to surprise and delight their guests. This will be their final production entitled “The Final Harvest,” the seven-course, wine-paired dinner with vegetable centric dishes: Bread, Watermelon, Roots, Sweet Potato, Kimchi, Squash, Edamame, Carrot.
