Isan Brant is an interdisciplinary artist, currently pursuing a MFA in studio art at the University of Arizona, Tucson. Prior to entering graduate school, she was a Fulbright Fellow in Kathmandu, Nepal, studying the ancient practice of Paubha painting. Since 2001 she has made her living working seasonally as a laborer for the National Forest Service in the backwoods of Montana, Idaho, and Wyoming.
Kim Largey is a multimedia artist whose work explores this idea of shift, the struggle between chaos and control, and our resistance to implications of imbalance and imperfection. Her work has shown nationally and internationally at such institutions as SPACE Gallery in Portland, Maine and the Bernarducci Meisel Gallery in New York. In 2013 she was the recipient of a Phoenix Art Museum’s Contemporary Forum artist grant. Currently she lives in Southern Maine.
Galen Trezise, currently pursuing an MFA at University of Arizona, is a multi dimensional artist working in sculpture, drawing, and video. Through his practice he explores the literal meaning of objects and what their possible metaphysical representation could look like. He is also interested in how images and materials can act as displacements for understanding blurred gender and construction of identities.
