Urban Belly Pop-Up Dinner

Chef David Valencia is bringing his pop-up dinner to Maynards Market & Kitchen. David works full time there, but is excited to deliver an exclusive dining experience for those who attend. Maynards Kitchen will be closed on June 5, so Urban Belly guests will have the restaurant to themselves. The twelve-course meal aims to highlight creativity, seasonality, and everything right in the world.
Crudo -beet cured salmon, jalapeno, xo sauce
Burrata – Dates, walnuts, arugula, olive, truffle, honey
Falafel – eggplant, labneh, harissa
Menage a foie – strawberry, pistachio
Toast n Jam – Brioche, stone fruit
Tamale – oxtail
Steak – From Double Check Ranch
Fried Chicken – collards, hot sauce
Buttermilk – berries, vanilla, lemon, almond
Pineapple – vanilla
Mexican hot cocoa – burnt tortilla
