The USS Arizona: A Living Memorial

Dr. James Delgado, an underwater archaeologist who
participated in the early archaeology dives on the USS Arizona
and the USS Utah in the 1980s, provides his unique perspective
as part of programming to commemorate the 75th anniversary
of the bombing of Pearl Harbor. He authored the national
landmark study of the USS Arizona and the USS Utah and is
a co-author of Pearl Harbor Recalled and USS Arizona. For the
past five years, Delgado has served as the Director of Maritime
Heritage in the Office of National Marine Sanctuaries. Free event to attend for all ages.
