Valentine’s Day offerings at Janos Wilder’s DOWNTOWN Kitchen + Cocktails are enough to make anyone fall in love.  Selection of three courses is $55 per person or four courses for $75.00 per person (tax, gratuity and beverages additional). FIRST COURSE

CRAB LOUIS CROSTINI

griddled French bread, crab tossed with Louis dressing, iceberg, hard cooked eggs, capers

CREAM of CAULIFLOWER + LOBSTER BISQUE

lobster crouton

SONORAN WHITE WHEAT BERRIES, WATERMELON RADISHES,

wilted green beans, jicama, apples, candied pepitas, chevre, agave/orange/green chili vinaigrette

oysters on griddled garlic flatbread with fennel cream, bacon, slow cooked tomatoes. watercress
