What is this program?

The DTP Gift Card Incentive Program is a way to support Downtown Tucson’s small businesses through the cash crunch caused by COVID-19. Purchasing gift cards is a great way to support your favorite restaurants, museums, breweries, boutiques, hotels, grocers, spas, gyms and more!

What if a business closes before I can use my gift card?

Like all gift cards, there are no guarantees. Refunds will not be available through this program, so please make your selections with this in mind.

When will I receive my gift card in the mail?

Please allow 10 – 12 business days for DTP to process and send out your gift cards/certificates.

How will I receive my gift card?

Upon completion of your purchase, you will receive a confirmation email from SignUpGenius with your total purchase amount.

After you make your gift card purchase, we order the gift cards/certificates from each business you selected, and DTP mails them to you at the address you provide. Please allow 10 – 12 business days for DTP to process and send out your gift cards/certificates.

When can I redeem my gift card?

This depends on the business. We recommend calling or emailing the individual business if you have any questions about redemption and current hours of operation.

I don’t see a receipt in my email. Where is it?

My favorite business isn’t on here. How can I get them involved?

Due to program limitations, currently only small businesses located within the Downtown Business Improvement District (BID) are eligible. If your favorite business within the BID is not listed, they may not have registered to participate in the program or their sales through the program have exceeded the program’s cap amount of $9,000 in gift card sales. You may still purchase gift cards directly from the business.

Terms of Service

The Downtown Tucson Partnership is just the administrator of the DTP Gift Card Incentive Program. No refunds or exchanges will be given.
 
Gift cards issued under this program carry the same risk that all gift cards have. Specifically, that the merchant issuing the gift card may cease business and not be able to provide the goods or services.
 
After the issuance of the gift card, purchasers should contact the merchant directly with any questions or problems. Purchasers understand and agree that problems associated with a gift card are the sole responsibility of the issuing merchant and not the Downtown Tucson Partnership. Purchaser releases the Downtown Tucson Partnership from all liability and responsibility associated with the failure of the issuing merchant to be able to provide the goods or services.
