Merchants and Retail Council


The Downtown Merchants and Retail Council is a group of active business members in Downtown Tucson that includes owners, operators and staff of retail, restaurants, shops, hotels, services, museums, theaters, bars, and offices. The current Chairman of the Council is Tom Heath of NOVA Home Loans and represents the council on the Downtown Tucson Partnership (DTP) Board of Directors.

The Council meets monthly every third Thursday at 9am in the Park Tucson conference room located at 110 E Pennington St. Meeting date, time, and location are subject to change. Some monthly meetings are substituted with a Merchant Mixer to connect downtown business owners, managers, staff and other stakeholders in a non-formal setting.
