The artwork of Annalisa Loevenguth will be on display at the Joel D. Valdez Main Library from February 1-28 during regular library hours. Artist Statement: Through her adolescent years, Annalisa wrote and illustrated her own short stories. She began experimenting with many different mediums: watercolor, acrylic, colored pencil, pastel, and oil. Most of her early works were abstract. Arizona Wildflowers: Photography on Display

Three wildflower and outdoor enthusiasts will exhibit their photographs of wildflowers found in Sabino Canyon and the Santa Catalina Mountains. Come enjoy the unexpected beauty and variety of these little treasures. The three photographers are Brian Gersten, Tom Trebisky, and Leslie Eguchi. Arizona Wildflower photographs are on display on the wooden towers in the cafe area of the Joel D. Valdez Main Library from February 1-28 during regular library hours.

Green Army Man Exhibit

Rudy Flores and Teresa Estrella started the Army Man Project in 2015. Using 3D scanning and 3D printing technology they wanted to showcase Tucsonans in the style of old school army man toys. After a few test 3D prints using the 3D scans of a few locals they decided to turn this into a large scale community project.
